Bug Reports
If you've found an error in one of our calculators — a wrong number, a broken feature, or unexpected behavior — please include the following in your message so we can investigate quickly:
- Which calculator you were using
- The inputs you entered (home price, rate, term, etc.)
- What result you got vs. what you expected
- Your browser and device (e.g., Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
Feature Requests
Have an idea for a calculator or feature we should add? We'd love to hear it. We prioritize tools that help real people make better financial decisions — the more specific your suggestion, the more likely we can act on it.
Calculator Accuracy
If you believe a calculator is producing incorrect results, we take that seriously. Our tools use standard amortization formulas and published program rules (FHA MIP schedules, VA funding fee tiers, USDA guarantee fees, PMI thresholds). If you've cross-referenced our results against another source and found a discrepancy, please share both results so we can investigate. Include the exact inputs, the result you got from NestMath, and the result from the other source.
Accessibility
We aim to make NestMath accessible to everyone. If you encounter any accessibility issues — difficulty using a calculator with a screen reader, keyboard navigation problems, or insufficient color contrast — please let us know. Accessibility reports help us improve the experience for all users.
Important Note
NestMath provides educational calculator tools — we are not mortgage lenders, brokers, or financial advisors. We cannot answer questions about specific loan offers, approve or deny applications, or provide personalized financial advice. For those questions, please consult a qualified mortgage professional in your area.
